Stayed here for 3 nights with my family, had a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly, room was neat and brand-new with very comfy beds. I appreciated the excellent location of the hotel.

we asked for double room and it was beautiful with garden. a minibar, central heating, and an iron worked well.

This hotel has a lovely restaurant where I enjoyed some really amazing dishes for dinner.

Really enjoyed staying at the good-sized and brand-new room with garden. All the staff members were really friendly.

The unit we got was beautifully maintained and quiet with a lovely garden. the beds were very comfy, and the location was excellent. the staff were efficient, and the area was fairly quiet, making it really convenient to access the main restaurant, which had an impressive wine list, as well as the local shopping centre. it was very close to various shops.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff noticed our needs and moved us to a ground level room due to mobility issues. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The hotel's location next to a shopping center was convenient.

We experienced a minor maintenance issue with the bathroom light, but the staff at Hotel Bruce County promptly fixed it to our satisfaction. The friendly and helpful service made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the food was good. Despite a few drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel overall.

The bed was comfortable, shopping centre nearby, cinema entertainment, helpful staff.

Conveniently located near Monash Freeway with spacious, well-appointed rooms. Excellent service and regular housekeeping. Shopping centre across the road is a plus. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Will consider staying again.
